Powerful Features

Tools that keep event delivery structured and scalable.

Build workflows for organizers, attendees, speakers, and sponsors without stitching together multiple disconnected systems.

An AI writer everywhere you write

Draft a session description from a one-line brief, or take what you have already written and polish, proofread, shorten or expand it — in every editor in the platform, not a separate tool you have to remember.

Multi-format event planning

Run conferences, workshops, hybrid sessions, and internal programs from one unified command center.

Registration and ticketing

Manage passes, payments, attendee check-in, and approvals without fragmented tools.

Attendee and speaker management

Keep every profile, communication thread, and event role aligned from onboarding to follow-up.

Promotion and engagement

Support campaigns, updates, announcements, and community touchpoints before and during the event.

Mobile-ready attendee experience

Give participants schedules, session access, notifications, and updates in a clean digital hub.

Live interaction tools

Enable Q&A, feedback, comments, and collaborative engagement that keeps sessions active.

Operational visibility

Track registrations, participation, sponsor activity, and content status from intuitive dashboards.

Structured governance

Use permission-aware workflows for organizers, managers, reviewers, and support teams.

AI event setup · in development

Describe your event. Start from a draft instead of an empty dashboard.

Creating an event today hands you an empty shell: you build the agenda, the ticket types, the attendee categories and the sponsor tiers one form at a time. AI event setup is the step we are building to go in front of that. You write a few plain sentences about the event you are running, and the setup agent fills those sections in for you to check.

What it drafts

Schedule and sessions

Days, time slots and tracks, with a named session in each one written from what you described.

Venues and rooms

The halls, rooms and online links your sessions run in, attached to the slots that need them.

Ticket types

The passes you said you were selling — early bird, day pass, workshop add-on — ready for you to price and cap.

Attendee categories

Delegates, speakers, students, staff: the groups you described, set up for registration and check-in.

Sponsor tiers

Named tiers and what each one includes, so your sponsorship page has something to say before you have signed anyone.

Announcements and the event page

A first draft of your public event page, and the announcements that go out before the doors open.

How it fits into creating an event

01

Create your event

Choose a plan and create the event, exactly as you do today.

02

Describe it in your own words

A few sentences: what the event is, how many days it runs, who is coming and what you are selling.

03

Review before anything goes out

Everything arrives as an ordinary draft in the normal editors. Change it, delete it, or start again.

Where this actually stands

AI event setup is being built. It is not in the product yet, and we would rather say that here than let you discover it after you have paid for an event. Everything else described on this page is live today.

When it ships it will draft, not decide. It will not invent facts about your event — anything you have not told it is left blank rather than filled in — and nothing it writes reaches the public until you publish it yourself.
