How do I register for an event?

Open the event you’re interested in and follow the registration flow. Depending on the event, you may select a ticket type, complete payment, and receive a confirmation with your pass.

Where can I find my ticket or pass?

After registering, your ticket and check-in details are available from your account. You’ll also receive confirmation by email for paid and approved registrations.

What does Gathervo cost?

Gathervo is free to start: you can publish your first event without a card. Paid plans — Launch, Lift-Off, Voyager and Zenith — are one-time prices per event rather than subscriptions, and every plan includes registration, ticketing and the AI assistant. Current prices are on the pricing page.

What does the AI assistant actually do?

From a one-line brief it drafts a session description, a speaker bio or an announcement; on text you have written it can polish, proofread, shorten, expand or rewrite. It is in every rich-text editor in the platform, for organisers and speakers alike.

Can Gathervo run hybrid and virtual events?

Yes. Sessions can carry a meeting or live-stream link alongside their room and schedule, so in-person, hybrid and fully virtual sessions live in the same agenda, with the same registration, check-in and engagement tools.

Can I publish a blog on Gathervo?

Yes. Authenticated users can write and submit blog posts from the Blog Hub. Submissions are reviewed by the editorial team before they’re published.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, choose “Forgot Password”, enter your registered email, and follow the instructions sent to you to set a new password.
